We are a local group that exists to promote progressive political ideas. We are affiliated to Hornchurch and Upminster, Dagenham and Rainham, Romford and Barking Labour Parties. We are also big supporters of Havering Young Labour. We hold regular meetings on political issues, publish a quarterly newsletter if you can’t get to meetings and have Twitter, Facebook  and Linkedin accounts. Our chair is former Labour MP for Upminster Keith Darvill, who is only the second chair we have had since we were formed in 1974.
